Meet the Presenter: Izabella Pulvermacher, RDH
Izabella Pulvermacher, RDH, is the Dental Coordinator for the Connecticut Department of Developmental Services (DDS).
With over 30 years of experience spanning private practice and public health, she dedicates her career to ensuring accessible dental care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Ms. Pulvermacher builds strategic partnerships with state agencies and educational institutions to expand care networks. She also lectures and provides clinical exposure to students, fostering positive attitudes and encouraging future dental professionals to serve the IDD community.
Her impactful work earned her the prestigious 2018 Goalscan Health Leadership Award and the 2025
