ConnHyPAC is associated with CDHA but functions as an independent, autonomous Political Action Committee, and helps to financially sustain advocacy goals. ConnHyPAC accepts contributions in accordance with the State Elections and Enforcement Commission (SEEC) and is subject to the approval of the ConnHyPAC Board of Directors. Funds shall be dispersed upon agreement of the ConnHyPAC Board of Directors.
ConnHyPAC is set up to consist of five Directors and an Advisory team consisting of four members – each representing one of the four components. The advisory group serves a liaison between the components and PAC.
